The state of California is deciding to pull their state troops from the US and Mexico border to rebuke and boycott Trumps decision to build the wall. They are also doing this because the border passings have been at an all-time low in over 45 years, the last low was in 1971. The Governor of California had a deadline to take their troops away by March 31st, but the governor decided to do it now. The Governor had orginially sent out around 360 National Guard troops to protect and secure the border, but only about 100 remain as of now, but will most likely be taken.
