We are getting closer and closer to a new chapter of United States presidency. Barack Obama can no longer run for president due to the term limit, and now, people of the United States are getting up and ready for a new president.
Scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2016, there will be the 58th presidential election, and whoever gets elected, will be the 45th president of the United States.
In the mean time, we have politicians going around the country trying to get together more and more dedicated voters. All after the same goal, presidency.
Donald Trump has been leading the polls amongst other Republican Party candidates with 36% support from Republicans, and on the other side, leads Hillary Clinton with the democrats at it with 48% support. But these strong leads can easily be lost over the course of this next year. Who knows what will happen.
“I’d find it a bit scary if Donald Trump were to get elected, I feel like he brings out the ugly underbelly of the conservatives.“ says Nick Cusano.
Some of the major people running as Republican candidates include Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, Rand Paul, and Marco Rubio. For the democrats, the major players include Hillary Clinton, Martin O’Malley, and Bernie Sanders.
Overall, this ought to wind up being a pretty interesting election, especially with some of the very opinionated Americans out there. Come this next November, it will be decided.
