On the way to school, I’m feeling sick. But it’s almost time, so I need to get there quick!
Finally pulling into the parking lot, I’m here, but where can I find a spot?
I pick out somewhere close to my friends, “Hey girl, where you been?”
There isn’t much going on at this school in the morning, it makes me feel as if I were sad, and mourning.
The halls are empty and lonely; they definitely don’t make me want to graze in the meadow with a unicorn or a pony.
I’m very tired at school because c’mon it’s almost 8:15, if I don’t eat a good breakfast guess what starts to hurt? Yeah, you guessed right, it’s my spleen.
This is all too early for me, why I can’t I just go back to sleep?
First period, newspaper, I get my writing on, but some days I have TV, and that’s when I see Cody Dean with his dang thong.
So I have Spanish for second and that’s really grand, but when if I get nervous in Spanish, I might need a fan.
Hola, amigo I have to say, but I just want the day—to move along already.
Around third block is when it gets exciting because then is when lunch rolls around I’ll be biting—into my food.
Onions for lunch just like everyday, but the lunch ladies want us healthy, so they have to get their way.
Also our third class is close to our fourth and fourth means I can set north—and retreat home.
Fourth block is finally here, English, I am far, now I’m near!
After we read the Crucible Act, I’m going to sleep comfy and cozy like a kitty cat.
