Have you ever wondered how many things crossed your mind during the day? With our thoughts constantly racing, jumping around topic, to subject, to boredom.
Many times a person noticing these intricacies in their brain is going through the motions. A term used lightly, but still strong in itself. I’ve found myself doing just this before, going through the motions, hearing myself think. Everything loses its fun and interest after a while.
Having the times of blah where you won’t want to apply yourself or stop caring all becomes worth it in the end. For every ten of these days you may have one that changes everything; when you have a defining moment giving new outlook on those things that once bored you.
A great concert, date, or night out can all do this, that book, movie, or a tiny conversation ending in a complement that you got from a friend.
Small things add up, the long run, the future that is that is heard of all too much during these years. Years that could very well be the best of our lives.
I find strength in that and trust that people are good. We can achieve anything, you have your goals and I believe there is no better time to reach them. Your next good day could be right around the corner.
