Kindness week is coming up, and this is the time to pay special attention to those around us and our community.

Focusing on the kind things in life is basically what kindness week is all about it. You could look at it as another Thanksgiving, giving thanks to the things we have in life, and giving to those who aren’t as lucky as we are.

During this week you should thrive to at least do two good things for a stranger every day. Spreading this positive attitude could change a person's day, and maybe even their life. Just think about how you feel when someone does something nice for you.

Kindness week will take place between Jan. 23-27. During this time certain schools will be taking in items such as soap, toothpaste, deodorant, combs, baby wipes, and laundry detergent packets. All of these items will go toward making kindness bags to give to people that need them.

These kindness bags will go toward folks that are homeless, bus drivers to the very custodians who work in the very school you attend.

Just think about how amazing it would be if every single person in a school was to bring at least ONE thing to donate toward a kindness bag? It would create such a rush, and it’ll be motivation for other schools to do as we are doing.

So get ready for kindness week, because it’ll be here before you know it!
Wanna know what to bring on each day?
Monday: Toothbrush, and toothpaste
Tuesday: Deodorant.
Wednesday: Socks
Thursday: Conditioner, and shampoo.
Friday: Snacks (Goldfish, Sunflower Seeds, Jerky)

Stay tuned for announcements in regards to Kindness Week!
