Hackneyed accessories

Nixon- Yeah, they look sleek and simple. Sure, the various colors are appealing. But to drop a hundo on a watch, just for sheer trendiness of it? Not worth it if you ask me, especially not if you’re going to see the same one on 20 other kids’ wrists.


BlackBerrys- They’ve been used and abused; now they should be hung up to dry. I believe the blackberry is more of a business phone, you can’t surf the web or play with all the cool apps and gizmos as easily as, say, an iPhone or Android. All in all, blackberrys are to the cell phone world as Myspace is to the social networking world; obsolete.

Lil Wayne- Y.O.L.O- You only live once. With that being said, don’t spend your life glued to the words of Lil Wayne, there are way better and more talented artists out there, perhaps even in your local community, just take the time to listen & discover.

Hypocrites - Walking through the school, hearing someone talk about dumb little freshmen and how tiny and unaware they are. Even I am guilty of doing this, but you have to consider that we were all freshmen at one point. That’s not saying you shouldn’t instill fear into the lives of each and every one of them, it’s the circle of life, you dish out what you were served.

Pink- Everywhere I look I see the word Pink, on bags, hoodies, t-shirts, and those yoga pants. This is how I see it, if I’m trying to observe and appreciate, I don’t want to be distracted by having to read something along the way.
